Originally, the current business of VERISERVE Corporation stemmed from a software testing service commission that we obtained as a division of CSK Corporation at a foreign-affiliated manufacturing firm in May, 1983.
From the next year of April, 1983, we began to obtain commissions for the planning service of software testing.
Afterward, the amount of testing service commissions had been increasing steadily, and in October, 1993, we began to offer, for hardware manufacturers and software venders, a series of verification services established as independent merchandise menu.
