VERISERVE Co. acknowledges due social responsibility as a company to provide system verification services. We always make it a rule to control and protect in the most appropriate manner, the valuable information which we handle with respect everyday. We also take full acknowledgement about the importance of protecting personal information. In view of the above statements, the following is some measures for protection of personal information :
- We observe the laws in protecting personal information and the guidance and other regulations as well prepared by the government. Our management system for protection of personal information should conform to these laws and regulations.
- Our management system for protection of personal information, based on JIS Q 15001, should be established as an integrated one consisting of guideline, organization, planning, implementation, confirmation and review of operation. It is our duty to practice it, maintain it, and continually improve it.
- We should establish a management organization for protection of personal information, taking the content and the scale of particular project into consideration. We also should take full measures to handle matters in an appropriate manner by observing the rules and regulations and by refraining from abuse of purpose in case of procurement, use and offer of personal information.
- We should consider a necessary and appropriate countermeasure for security control of personal information by preventing and restoring leakage, loss and waste of personal information.
- We should make efforts, with an appropriate and quick movement, in solving problems of claims and consultation on personal information.
