"Our affiliated group companies" should mean CSK Holdings Co. with VERISERVE Co. as the object of consolidated statements, and other group enterprises to be included by the said company as the object of consolidated statements.
Please note that in case of our subcontracting a part of business for the smooth operation, we may provide the subcontractor with our customers' personal information within the limit of necessity. In such case, we should select a subcontractor that meets our standard, and proceed to make a contract or provide an appropriate supervision with the subcontractor, on handling personal information.
(3)Other purposes of use not mentioned above
In an event of need to use a customer's personal information for a particular purpose not mentioned above (2), the consent of use from the said customer is mandatory, unless otherwise the law permits.

With the exception of using a subcontractor as mentioned above (2), and any of the following items listed as below, we will not disclose or provide the personal information to a third party.
